A friend of a friend referred me to Alec. Not knowing anything about his work, I worried about this project because it would leave a lasting imprint on the look of my home. After my first meeting with Alec, I felt much more at easy and not just because he is easy going and easy to talk to. He has a great level of experience plus tons of creativity to add to my ideas and make them a million times better.

He put in a lot of effort to get my project done, basically bending over backwards. He was very diligent the whole way. I think he cared more about keeping my home clean and not disturbing anything than I was. It’s nice when you can trust someone with your home.

With this project nicely wrapped up, I’m trying to figure out what improvement I should do next!

I hired a contractor that we had used in the past to gut a bathroom in a rental place. The job needed to be done at a specific time when the tenants were gone. The contractor had some unfortunate health challenges that made it impossible for him to do the work as scheduled. He brought in Alec to do the work. We were very happy with Alec's work and the final result. Alec is knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, safe, and meticulous. I would use him again without hesitation.

We hired Precision Builders of Canada to completely renovate the bathroom in our century home. The original layout had a very akward multiple level entrance and Alec was instrumental in designing a layout and entryway that dealt with the multiple levels. We very satisfied with the quality of work performed. The bathroom floor is the only level floor in the entire house. Even other tradespeople have commented on the quality of the work, inluding the both the window and shutter installers who coomented on the qulaity and accuracy in the trimwork. We reccomend Precision Buiders of Canada, if you value quality craftsmanship.
