Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto

We are currently redoing our bedroom & I found an area rug that I really liked. Unfortunately, the sizes offered were not a good fit for the room so I purchased a larger rug then searched for a company that would resize it to my specifications. From my initial dealings with Kathy, right through to delivery, everything went off without a hitch. Sydney emailed me to confirm how I wanted the rug cut. I sent a diagram explaining what I wanted & my instructions were followed to a tee. From start to finish turnaround time was 2 weeks. Love Your Rug did a fantastic job & I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had not professionally cleaned our area rugs in many years and was hesitant to try this service. However, after seeing their tv commercials many times, researching them online and suffering with bad allergies, I decided to give them a try. What an amazing service! I booked our rugs in over the phone, they picked up the rugs on time and returned them on time also. The rugs look 100 times better!!! I am very pleased with Love Your Rug. Highly recommend!

My jute rug had some discolouration due to water damage and I had no idea what to do with it. After Googling, I learned that jute rugs are completely destroyed by water. And they are impossible to clean. I was going to chuck it. And then I asked Love Your Rug and they offered to try saving my rug. We decided maybe they could even out the discolouration. They said they would pick it up, clean it and then send pictures. If it didn't work out, they would just dispose of the rug for me, and there would be no charge. If it did work out, the cost was very reasonable. Total win/win for me! In the end, I decided to let go of the rug. And they were so gracious about it from start to finish. I would highly recommend Love Your Rug for their impeccable service. (But I don't recommend jute rugs, haha!).

I have been using Love Your Rugs for a while now! They are THE go to for your rug cleaning services. Outstanding customer service, always friendly and on time! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them! Having dogs and grandchildren, we need our rugs cleaned very often and they do an incredible job! Quick, reliable, excellent service and everyone is so lovely to deal with. Spread the word, this is a great company!!!

Love Your Rug has advertised on line and through mail inserts that they offer a 30% discount for first time customers, but this promotion is misleading at best. Prices quoted on their website are exactly the same as another rug cleaning company (which Love Your Rug owns) yet the other company does not offer any first time promotional discount. I have asked the Love Your Rug customer service staff twice about this but they continue to insist that the pricing on the Love Your Rug website is adjusted for the 30% discount. I have suggested that they might want to look at the other company's website so they could better respond to a customer inquiry but they have not and apparently will not.

I sent in 2 shag rugs to have cleaned. They were in very high traffic areas and were so dirty I was considering just purchasing new. I saw their ad on tv so I thought I’d give them a try, SO GLAD I DID!! My rugs are truly like new, like the day I bought them. I can’t recommend this company enough, they exceeded my expectations by far.
The customer service was outstanding, Kathy was very helpful and Matthew the driver was on time and friendly.

I was searching for a carpet cleaning company that I could trust (as the last ones had not been a great experience) and I came upon Love Your Rug by recommendation of the store that we purchased the rugs from (CB2). The experience with the company was flawless from pick up to payment to delivery. The outcome of our wool rugs was incredible. We were thoroughly pleased with how brand new our 6 yr old rugs came out! Stains and daily wear were removed. We will definitely be sending our rugs to Love your Rug. We could not be happier with the quality of service.

We purchased a brand new wool rug that was shipped from the USA and it smelled musty & horrible. We loved the rug and didn’t want the hassle to return it so I found Love Your Rug and asked them if they could get the smell out of this new rug. They came immediately and picked it up and cleaned it and returned it within a week and it smelled better but there was still that musty oder so they offered to try again and use some more special techniques to remove the smell. Cathy was amazing from the start and so helpful and then I spoke to Jim a head technician and he assured me that they could remove the Oder. They picked it up again and redid the rug ... no extra charges & it came back perfect and we are so happy. It is not very often that you receive this above and beyond service from a company!!!
