So stupidly, I bought a small over for the basement and forgot it needed a different outlet. I bring it downstairs and see the big scary plug and start swearing. But Ali to the rescue! He answered my call, immediately came over and advised me it was possible to do and gave me a reasonable price. So by noon the next day it was all installed and up and running. Ali is quick, professional, courteous and reasonable and I highly recommend him.
