First let me start off by saying Ali is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to educate you on everything he is doing so you don’t have any questions unanswered. We had an issue where occasionally we would lose power to have our home. It was very inconsistent and there was no pattern. Ali came in and was very thorough in his detective work. After examining different outlets he looked at our main panel. It was then that he noticed one of legs coming into the house was 5 volts less than the other. His recommendation was to have hydro come out as there shouldn’t be that much of a difference between the 2 phases. Just as he was packing up, the power again went out to half the house. Again Ali went back to the Panel and measure the voltage coming in. This time he saw one phase was completely gone. This validated his initial thoughts and so we called out to Toronto hydro. Turns out one of the connections coming into the house had melted and that was the cause of the fluctuation readings coming in.

I would 100% recommend Ali and and his company to anyone. We will definitely be calling Ali again when we have any type of electrical work.
