Elite Carpentry Plus

Terry and Tony are outstanding at what they do. I hired Elite Carpentry last year to complete a full basement renovation for me. I was beyond impressed with the finished project as well as the journey it took us to get there. Having three, three year olds schedule to work around, planning and communication were key.
Because of the work ethic and quality from Elite Carpentry we hired they for another project this year. As expected we we're thrilled with the final results. I would recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

Unbelievable attention to detail. Tony and Terry are spectacular craftsmen and treat your house as if it were their own. The job is done well and the site is left immaculate. We had a major leak that destroyed our kitchen ceiling. Elite Carpentry replaced the leaking shower and made the kitchen ceiling look like new. Awesome.

Elite Carpentry did an amazing job finishing our basement for us. From our initial meeting, Terry and Tony were professional, knowledgeable and very organized. They coordinated everything seamlessly and kept us informed of progress every step of the way. We had this done in the winter when there was heavy wet snow and they took great care to keep our entryway and carpeted stairs clean. A job well done, highly recommended.

Elite Carpentry completed a basement renovation for us. Terry and Toni are a fantastic team. I found the process to be simple and stress free. It felt great to trust one company to complete the project from start to finish. Terry worked with me ensure my three small children would be safe during this process. They were great with my children and made the disruptance to their day virtual flawless. The communication of events (plumbing/ electrical) were communicated effectively and in advance so we could all be on the same page.
This company takes exterme pride in their customers love for the finished product. When they applied the first coat of paint that I had chosen they knew I would not be happy with the finished product. Although the change caused a minor delay in schedule Terry was understand and supportive versus annoyed with my
error.
The finished product is incredible. Terry's ability to coordinate activities and Toni eye for profection make their company amazing. I would recommend Elite Carpentry and plan to use them in the future.

Elite Carpentry Plus just completed a bathroom renovation and dining room ceiling repair. This was necessary after a leak occurred in our upstairs bathroom…. water came through walls into the ceiling below. We called Elite Carpentry because they had completed a deck for us last year and we were VERY PLEASED with the workmanship, professionalism and cost.
Terry responded quickly to my request for help and came within a day to give us an estimate. He is always open to discussion about a project and offers a variety different options for the job. We never feel pressured to make a decision quickly. Terry knew we were operating on a limited budget and he kept his work within that budget. We chose the materials for the job and the work began on time. The crew showed up every day on time, worked respectfully within our space and cleaned up every day at the end of the work period. They even made small repairs around our home that were evident (and I didn’t even ask them to! :)) Tony fixed the grout in the kitchen tiles, Terry siliconed gaps above the kitchen cabinets and a small countertop. They even fixed some faulty lights in the basement. Amazing!
Our dining room ceiling was a challenge…..it is a popcorn style from the 1980s. Terry knew that we didn’t want a different type of ceiling from the adjacent living room and that we were not prepared to change all the main floor ceilings. Since popcorn texture is a thing of the past, the material is very difficult to find. Terry kept searching and located the product! He expertly repaired the 4x4 hole, Rob scraped off the existing texture and his painter did a fabulous job of spraying on the new popcorn. It is a great match and looks amazing!
Once again, we were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the work that the Elite Carpentry Plus team completed. It is reassuring to see their work ethic and the pride they take in the projects they do. I would highly recommend Elite Carpentry Plus. Terry was highly recommended by a friend for whom he had completed a bathroom renovation. I can honestly say that Terry and his crew exceeded my expectations. His work ethic is exceptional, his devotion to excellence unmatched. Many of my friends have been quite impressed with the work and attention to detail. I would recommend Elite Carpentry Plus to anyone looking to have a bathroom renovation done. Very professional, and very tidy.

We contracted Terry and Tony to finish our basement and add a bathroom. Things started off great and the quality of the workmanship was good. As the project progressed we had issues. A heat run was not directed to the bathroom from the existing duct work. Terry insisted that he would be charging us extra for this as we had not asked for it in his original estimate - who doesn't have heat in their bathroom? All trim was included in the estimate, however Terry did not trim the closets and refused to do so unless we paid him extra. The estimate included a garbage bin however one was never used and garbage was piled up in our garage. The final week and a half of the three week project Terry got quite rude and demanding - ordering us to clean up the work area, refusing to install the bathroom accessories (the day before Tony had asked where we wanted them hung) and trying to charge us extra for screws and installation. His drywall taper didn't show up for work on a weekend and kept leaving the basement doors open while he was sanding, increasing the amount of dust throughout the house.
I honestly would not deal with Terry again. His rudeness was unprofessional. He did not complete the work that was promised and tried to add additional charges repeatedly.

We had a very positive experience with Elite Carpentry Plus. Terry took the time to discuss our pretty basic idea for our new deck, and turned it into something very beautiful. From the time of that first contact, to the completion of our deck, he and his crew (Tony & Rob) demonstrated an exceptional level of interest, skill, and professionalism. They worked hard every day, explained what they were doing and why, made excellent suggestions that improved our design, and generally took a great deal of pride in their work. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others and will call them again for any future projects we may have.

Terry and his team did a great job in finishing our basement. They had provided us many suggestions for our basement and they were very detail with their work. They were always on time and handled everything professionally. They had made this project stress free for us. We truly enjoyed working with them and betting yet, enjoying the beautiful basement they had done. Great job!
