We went with this company because they offered the quality that we were looking for. They did make a mistake on the casing but came and completely re-installed it for us. It's much better now. One thing I would recommend to people with awnings over their windows. Make sure you make it clear if you want to keep it because the new vinyl frame can not support it. It would be better to leave the old wood frame there in this case.

We went with this company because we felt like the owner was going to satisfy our needs as homeowners, and boy were we wrong.

We got a preview of what was to come when the installers showed up and dragged the windows across the sidewalk, causing immediate damage before they even set foot into our home. It was apparent then and there that they didn't have any regard whatsoever for the job they were doing.

There was no communication whatsoever between the installers and us before they went ahead and made big decisions about the installation. The windows were too small so there is a gap between the window and wainscoting that looks TERRIBLE as a result. When I was was upset about it no one said or did anything to fix the situation other than trying to fill gaps with wood putty and mis-matched silicon (ever after I asked them not to) which sticks out like a sore thumb.

If they had have just talked to me about these things before going ahead and doing this stuff, it might have been okay. As it stands the job was not finished anywhere near the way we had wanted it to be and we are not happy with the job at all. The windows are okay, but the installation is terrible and looks worse. I would not recommend them to anyone for this reason.
