Hi my name is Jenny and I would like to tell everybody about this company that helped us manage construction of our own house in Halton Hills, Ontario. In April 2010 we purchased an estate lot in Halton Hills with intention to build our dream bungalow on it. When we tried to apply for a building permit by ourselves we ran into so many difficulties........ We decided to look for help. After reviewing a number of individuals and companies we came across Maxi Construction Limited. Boy were we surprised..... At first we thought that it was a scam. They told us that if we retained them to help us manage our own project they would do it for FREE and that there would be NO CONTRACT!!! We were unsure what to think but decided to give it a shot. Maxi helped us gather all the necessary paperwork for the building permit and in 6 weeks we were ready to go. It turned out that this company indeed would not charge us anything. We paid a reasonable price to all people we contracted with. All trades under contract with Maxi were very professional and did their work on time. And the best of it all, that we were never required to pay any deposits upfront to any trades. We only paid after inspection, because as it turned our all our trades were paid by a third party financing company. Long story short. We ended up paying for construction of our house around 127$ per sq./ft. and we received our occupancy permit yesterday. Thanks to all you guys at Maxi Construction Limited.
