I called FC Locks to come replace a lock on my front door at 9:30pm and the locksmith was at my door in 15 minutes. The lock was replaced. I initially had an issue with the pricing however I received a follow up call and the issue was resolved.
Lock Replacement
I had a broken lock so I asked one of their locksmiths to come out to have the problem fixed. The locksmith did come promptly which is good, however upon arrival he quoted me a price that I felt was ridiculous. He charged $30 just to come out to see the problem, $85 dollars to have the existing lock removed and $95 dollars for a new lock. He also rushed me when I was trying to decide on what to do. I did end up asking him to fix it but definitely not what I was expecting. Be careful of these guys.
