Johncarlo Ceolin has recently completed a complete basement renovation (bedroom, 3 piece bathroom, wet bar, rec room) in our home. He is the best contractor we have worked with. He is very approachable with regards to different projects, and honest with his quoted pricing. He was quick to provide detailed responses to all of our inquiries. Johncarlo is reliable and has outstanding work ethic, working when required to complete his projects as close as possible to his target dates. As previously written, his attention to detail is second to none. He was thorough in every aspect of the project, and is open to provide details for each step along the way. He is clean and ensured our home was left as tidy as possible at the end of each day. He is definitely one of the premier contractors and we will not consider any others when moving on to our next project. John Carlo did our home renovation and we were extremely pleased with the service provided and most importantly the quality of workmanship. John Carlo helped us design of our basement right for the beginning to the final completion. Our main level we had our power room, ceiling moldings, kitchen backslash, front porch, in-ground sprinkler system and doors installed and all was completely in a timely fashion. I've dealt with many contractors in the past and working with John Carlo has given me the trust I need to know I not being ripped off and taken advantage of. He was always clear and up front with pricing and helped with choice of materials. One additional thing I would say is even thought I didn't need to call, John Carlo followed up with us on a regular basis for at least 2 months to see if any touch ups were required which I thought was amazing customer service considering the work was done perfectly. I would highly recommend John Carlo and Ingenuity Contracting and have recommended his name to many of my friends and family.

The job was pretty simple but not something that I could handle myself. The work was done quickly and very professionally. Very satisfied with it all and I will definitely be getting a hold of them for future work

We had initially hired a different contractor to complete our kitchen, bath and basement renos. After 6 headache-filled weeks, we finally had to cut our losses and fire the contractor for incompetent work and unprofessional behaviour. After hearing of my experiennces, a colleague suggested I call Johncarlo. What a lifesaver!! It was a big relief to finally work with someone competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. Johncarlo was able to identify and correct all the mistakes made by my previous contractor and completed the project on schedule. He was very good at keeping us updated and informed each step of the way and provided us with some much needed suggestions. We were also very impressed with his attention to detail, especially his tiling work. Johncarlo gave us the peace of mind we expected from a contractor, and we would indeed use him again for future projects and have already recommended him to family and friends.

Ingenuity Contracting did an amazing job in finishing our basement. From start to finish, the workmanship shows throughout. The custom built bar, and wall shelves look amazing, the living room, workout room and bathroom get lots of great complements from family and friends. The flooring, (tile and hardwood) trim and crown moulding, pot lights, look amazing too. Overall we are very happy we chose Ingenuity Contracting to finish our basement. The price was great, the professionalism, and knowledge of all work to be complete was outstanding, they were VERY clean and never left a mess for me to clean up! I highly recommend Ingenuity Contracting and would never hesitate to use them again!

John is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is a highly skilled and meticulous individual, and takes the time to make sure even the smallest detail is done right.

His tiling work is very precise, the alignment is laser sharp and his creativity ensured that the finished product looked good.

I will not hesitate to hire him for all my future renovations.
