As the cliché goes, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link; so is any organization. A major painting job in a multi-level home was initially assigned to a vey well-spoken, personable young project manager, who appeared to have bitten off more than he can chew, and did not leave a great impression - hence 9/10 rating. 9 out of the 10 staff I encountered throughout the project were exemplary. The responsiveness of the owner & admin. manager and care/attention to detail exercised by the area team leader, kitchen resurfacing specialists, handymen, painting staff are much appreciated. The job was completed close to a year ago. In the meantime, there were some moisture/water damage suffered because of inclement weather and eaves drainage blocked by leaves. I was initially apprehensive about contacting HPT again to assist as I was unsure whether this would be covered by their guarantee, but when I reached out to Brian, he was extremely prompt to respond, eager to assist and charged a reasonable fee to cover the costs for the repairs, and this is why I'm raising my rating to 10/10.
