I had a 10-12 appointment. They stated that they would call before to confirm visit time. When they had not called by 10:30 i called, they then promised a time between 12 and 2, never showed up. Finally showed up at 4:30 no call to confirm visit. Tech found out that the A/C needed a new compressor. I was elected to be his assistant (putting in fuses and removal of fuses). Tech suggested that I also replace my high efficiency gas furnace when I replace my A/c unit (I have no problems with my furnace). Tech said he would send over sales people to talk to me and I said that I was going to shop around for an A/C replacement. This service requires you to pay on the spot they don't bill you through the mail.
