United Alarm Home Alarm System
I purchased a pre-owned home and took over the hardware and signed up for service with United Alarm. Their service has been less than satisfactory, I am on the telephone with them over the 3 months thus far, 15 times. I am so frustrated, just waiting for the term to end. They are the epidemy of basement run amateur shop, with no accountability, no organization, integrity or honesty.

Unfortunately when we take over an old system that was not installed by our company, sometimes the equipment doesn't function well due to age or the quality of the original install. Often these systems work great, and other times the equipment may eventually need repair or replacing, and United Alarm cannot warranty another company's workmanship.
