Frogbox is a stellar company. After a rocky delivery of the boxes, their front line person, Deb called to work things out. Excellent customer service!

The boxes take a lot of stress out of the moving process - no searching out boxes, no taping, and very little waste (which means you also don't have to put one million boxes in the recycling afterwards.) Highly recommend.

I think the idea of frogbox is great, and when you have a better delivery experience, it's probably an awesome service.
I live at the top of a four floor walk up. The delivery person, after being 15 minutes late for the 2 hour drop off window, was unimpressed with having to bring the boxes all the way up. He seems to be struggling so I ultimately I told him to leave the boxes on the second floor landing and I, a pregnant lady, carried them the rest of the way up (with little trouble - but maybe I'm just used to stairs). After I paid, he was off like a shot and didn't bother helping to carrying the boxes up by hand.
Hopefully the pick up is a better experience. The customer service on the phone was quick and polite, sign up process was simple and the boxes seem great.
