Excellent communication and service. I was quite impressed with the quick assembly of the crew and the ease of obtaining all of my flooring through Adept. Steve, Christine and Kurtis made renovating pleasant. If you needed or wanted something done, it gets done; quickly and professionally!

I want to thank you and the team at Adept for the amazing work over the past three months. Both the team and you Stephen,were always professional and responded quickly and dealt with all concerns as they arose.
All the work was within budget and on schedule, including:
• Building new wooden fences along the perimeter of both sides of the yard
• Upgrading the large second floor balcony
• Adding deck railings and gates to the main deck on the ground level to keep our grand children safe
• Repairing a chain fence along the back of the yard connecting to a ravine with a river (to keep the grand children safe)
• On the koi pond
o Rebuilding the two bridges with railings connecting to the island
o Rebuilding the existing deck at the one end on the pond
o Building a new raft
o Building a new bridge with railings and steps to the top of the three waterfalls
• Building a tree house for our grand daughters fifth birthday party. The request for the tree house was dropped on you and you pulled out all stops and got it built! The one carpenter commented to me on the high quality of wood that they were provided by Adept. I was impressed that a carpenter who specialized in building stairs was brought in to ensure that the stairs going up approximately nine feet with railings to the tree house was safe for the kids.
Finally, you ensured that allmaterials remaining etc. after completion of the work was removed and the yard left clean (e.g. free of nails etc.). This was important as there were approximately 15 children between the ages of three & five that attended the partyand were running around at times without shoes. The kids gravitated to the tree house. My three sons were impressed and commented on the quality of the workmanship.

The Adept Services team gave us estimates for various projects. They came in when promised and painted a couple rooms and trims. They also took up the back patio stone, redesign and installed slope patio stones. New florescent Light covers were put in. Everything looks very good.

Pictures are worth 1000 words...have a look at the quality we were left with. We now have to hire other contractors to clean up the sloppy workmanship from Adept Services. We will never hire these contractors again and would advise other homeowners to stay away!

The crew at Adept Services were very professional to work with and were very flexible to making last minute changes and going that extra mile to get the job done. Even when problems arose, they were quick to find solutions and adapt. They stuck to the budget and followed up with minor adjustments after completion of the project. Would recommend them for any job!

I have been using Adept Services for many years, initially for smaller projects such as tiling a laundry room floor, building a closet and drywalling. More recently, we retained Adept Services for a much larger master ensuite bathroom project.

I fully intend to continue using Adept Services.

Adept Services is aware we expect perfection and nothing less....and deliver it.

We have no intention of retaining the services of other companies who take little pride in their work and are nowhere to be found when issues arise. I tried to save a few bucks by retaining an independent electrician at some point and regretted it dearly.

The honesty of Adept Services' employees is truly remarkable. It is heart warming such individuals exist in today's world. Large projects include unforeseen difficulties. Everything was perfectly explained to us as we moved along the project. We never felt that we were taken advantage of. What a relief!

Adept services removed bathtub and installed a walk in shower. Tiles were matched and doors installed. Clean up was completed and room left ready for use. We definitely will call upon Adept Services for our next project

I have used Adept Services for a few projects and continue to use them in my new home. The last project was hardwood stairs and master bedroom. The project was on time, the price was reasonable and the end result was beautiful.

Good Job but some things to note that I was a bit bothered with. Electrician that was vetted by Adept didn't clean after himself and left a mess all on my washroom counter and bathtub. Didn't even bring a broom to sweep up the mess he made and asked to borrow my broom. GC didn't have the right equipment with her and left for a couple of hours to get the polyfill, sandpaper and equipment to patch up all the holes that were made. Didn't come with the proper ladder so lent them my ladder so they could get into my attic to attach the duct connecting fan to port. All this was conveyed in my order and yet didn't show up with the proper equipment that I would expect if you are paying someone to do the work and they were also late a few times. What I was told was going to be 1 day job with maybe some minor touch ups turned out to be 3 visits. Had I not been working at home this would have turned into a long drawn process which isn't idea during COVID. I am happy it's done and they did a decent job but had a higher expectation considering the great reviews I read and the great photos I've seen of their work.

We had some major ice damming last winter that caused run off to seep under the shingles and into the roof cavity of a portion of our home. We had used Adept before and were confident with their work. The scope consisted of
* removing the drywall and in two areas of the home.
* Removal of insulation
* Inspection for water intrusion points
* Installation of air baffles to maintain the air space between the insulation and the roof.
* replace insulation with new rock wool where required
* Drywall
* Mud and tape.

We painted the room back to working condition.

Stephen and his crew were maintained the high standard of workmanship that we saw from them the last time and managed to finish the project in about a week.
Besides their workmanship, we very much appreciate Stephen's attention to detail when it comes to the contract. Any changes are updated in the contract so that we are all on the same page. It gave us a lot of piece of mind that we were getting exactly what we expected.
