It was difficult getting someone out to the house to actually show up to quote the work since I needed the work started ASAP and finished by Saturday for painting to begin by Monday. It was very short notice when I posted the job for quote, but Stephen came on Wednesday and was committed to do the job. Stephen did an excellent job of mudding and sanding. I think he was a little understaffed for the work in the timeline required.

Stephen introduced himself as the estimator and said he has a crew to do the work. Like other reviewers have noted, I was surprised when Stephen showed up to tape and mud. Things would have been more efficient if Stephen had brought crew with him to stay for the entire day as well as heaters/fans to speed the drying. Overall, the work was finished well but went later in the nights than expected.

Stephen did an excellent job with our closet door renovation. The quote was very reasonable and the detail and thorough work done right through was excellent. All the material required and the doors was handled by Stephen. He also worked around our schedule and made the work seem very seamless. Very satisfied with the bigger closet door we now have.

We loved the work Stephen and his team did on our upstairs ceilings, so we brought them back to do our basement. It wasn't the easiest job, but Stephen always had a smile on his face. He and his team are a pleasure to have in the house. We couldn't be happier with their quality of work and attention to detail. Thanks again for another amazing job!!

Stephen and his team did an amazing job on our drywall. I liked him from the moment he came to quote the job. He gave me a fair price, and stuck to his word. They executed the drywall work for the ceiling efficiently and left the job site very clean. Would highly recommend Adept.

I contracted Adept Services to assist with the completion of the drywall mud and taping as part of my basement project. Their staff were able to identify imperfections in previously completed work which would have compromised the quality of the work for they were responsible which I appreciated.

I contacted several companies hoping to find someone who could drywall over our cracked plaster ceilings before our baby arrived. Adept Services got back to us in a day and agreed to start immediately. We're glad they did! Our baby arrived 2.5 weeks early, just as they were finishing sanding. Stephen and Luke were so polite and friendly, and we were fully comfortable with them working while we were in the hospital. They did a great job cleaning up, knowing we'd be bringing home a newborn, they even made sure our cat was inside for the night. Adept services was very professional! 4 main projects were done. Basement renovation, repair and relaying of patio stones and interlocking, ceiling drywall repair and refinishing in living area, and finishing of laundry area including tile and laundry sink installation. Employees were very professional, trustworthy, considerate of our time, and all together friendly. Any problems or issues were handled professionally and on time. Went above and beyond in selection of all cosmetic features including tile, paint, fixtures, etc. Excellent communication and always kept us up to date on all projects. Always be seriously considered for future projects.
