We used Go Truck Go after a recommendation from a friend.

The two guys who turned up were prompt and had some quality banter making it an enjoyable process overall.

The move did take longer than I had hoped but given the amount of stuff we had it wasn't a huge surprise. All of the delicate items were well wrapped and handled with care.

I'd be happy to use them again and recommend them.

I love that I can rely on Go Truck Go's team to do an excellent job of our Company's regular furniture deliveries. Go Truck Go helped my company move offices downtown last week and they went way over and above my expectations. This was my first time moving an office (coordinating all the details myself), and I was nervous about picking a company but went with Go Truck Go after reading the reviews and after receiving a quote from them that was lower than other moving companies.

Long story short, I am so impressed by their level of customer service. From the get-go, Sean was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails and phone calls meaning that every time a minor detail came up, I could rest easy knowing it was taken care of. The movers, Connor and Richy, called us ahead of time letting us know they would be arriving early, which was welcome news to us. They worked so hard for us moving our heavy, awkward furniture even with our super awkward parking/loading situation at both buildings. They went above and beyond to complete our move in 4 hours (which was still less than some other moving companies had quoted us when I was shopping around) and were smiling and joking with our staff the whole way through.

I would not hesitate to recommend Go Truck Go in the future. Thank you for your hard work!!

Sean and the guys were absolutely super. When we downsized and moved part of our furniture to our West Vancouver apartment and part to our Gibsons home plus some to a storage locker. They were efficient, right on time, extremely helpful and very reasonable. The next year when we cleared out our storage locker they provided the same quality service. The price varied according to the move so the price indicated is not totally accurate.

We worked with GoTruckGo to assist with our move out of a 2-bedroom condo, SWAPPING the washer/dryer out of the new condo and dropping off multiple other pieces (Sofas, beds) to two other locations. Rather complicated, but GoTruckGo completed the move and delivery inside of 4 hours. They came in at a considerably more reasonable price than comparable quotes that I got from other moving companies. I wasn't sure what to expect given the price point, but was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to family & friends.

We used Go Truck Go to move between apartments. We have moved almost every year for the past 20 years and these guys were the BEST movers ever... hands down! First of all making the booking was easy, fast and convenient. It was all done on-line and with no issues. A few days before the move we received an email confirming date and time, as scheduled. Then on the day of the move the folks showed up right on time and the move was under-way in no time. They 2 guys that came to do the move (sorry I don't remember their names) were great -- very careful with the furniture, very fast, pleasant to deal with... I couldn't have asked for better people! The move took just under 5 hours -- exactly as we had been told. We paid them, we tipped them well... only to be told that "perhaps we were tipping them too much and generally they aren't used and/or expect tips that high!". We will definitely use Go Truck Go again. And BTW, we also used Frogboxes which were AMAZING and probably saved us HOURS of packing, moving and unpacking. We wouldn't have found out about Frogboxes if it wasn't for the recommendation and link that was provided on the Go Truck Go site.

We were first introduced to Go Truck Go through Frogbox about three years ago, and have used them three times since. I will never, ever, ever, EVER move with anyone else! Everyone we've worked with - Sean, Jake, and Curtis - are totally lovely, and our moves are fast, perfect, and very reasonably priced every time. The guys take great care to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition, and they work so efficiently, even when having to navigate big clunky furniture around.

We used Go Truck Go to move our 2-bedroom household from our apartment in Vancouver to our new house. After realizing that we had too much stuff to move all in one day, I made a last minute call to them to see if we could get a truckload moved a few days earlier as well. Connor on Thursday evening and Jake and Curtis on Saturday were absolutely outstanding – they were helpful, efficient, cheerful, energetic, personable and proficient. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Go Truck Go. The whole move was accomplished quickly and professionally, and I felt 100% confident that my belongings were being handled carefully and skilfully. Moving is hell, but these guys made it as enjoyable an experience as possible, and I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Movers that don't charge an arm and a leg, actually keep to their quote, and green as well! Probably the least I've ever paid for professional movers and one of the best moves. I'd recommend these guys for any job - big or small. I definitely will use them again when the time comes to move.
