Carpet Kings

Bought a 3 room + hallway carpet cleaning deal for $59 from a deal site. Cleaner arrived 1.5 hours late and asked for $30 travel charge that was not in the deal site's conditions. Spoke to the manager, he said that there is a $30 travel charge and to call the deal site. Paid the $30 extra as there was no point in arguing. The man cleaned the carpets, but after they dried there was still black marks left on the rugs (which is why we wanted them cleaned). Service was merely ok at best. Deal site agreed to credit me the $30 extra I paid after complaining a lot. They acknowledge that they were not aware of a $30 travel charge.
