Four Seasons Air Control

Our furnace was 25 years old and although it was a "high efficiency" model it was one of the earliest available. We decided it would be good to replace it now since the Gov't incentives were available and it would likely need to be replaced
anyway in the near future.
After reviewing the various furnace brands we settled on two different companies Carrier and Lennox. I interviewed five different contractors discussing features, performance, installation and cost.
Most contractors insisted that although the products were very important the most important aspect of project was installation
and after sales support.
After speaking with Ray at Four Seasons, I concluded that his company could provide the most reasonable price and the best installation and followup service. His explained that his staff
was both experienced and knowledgeable regarding the Carrier products. I also found the Four Seasons office staff were very responsive during the research phase of the project.
The installation by Fred at Four Season's was very well planned and completed in a professional manner.
Initially our Carrier Air Purifier was not working properly however Four Seasons quickly replaced the unit with no questions asked. Today both the Carrier Inifinity Furnace and Air Purification system are working flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray and Four Season's Air Control to everyone.

This company was very reliable. They delivered everything they said they would. We always get calls making sure that everything is up to par and the heater/air conditioner is functioning well. My Carrier mid efficiency furnace and water heater are 18 years old now and still working well, I recently discover my friend had replaced same aged furnace and water heater, and my next door neighbour also changed their furnace just six months ago, both of them have taken the advantage of government rebate, since I already have Energy Efficiency Evaluation done for changing all my windows few months ago, I am still qualify for the rebate if I want to upgrade my furnace.
I did a lot of research online and decided what I want first, because Carrier is the brand I have chosen, so I looked up Carrier’s web site for authorized dealers in my area, then cross checked dealers with BBB and Home Stars, finally I decided to give the job to Four Seasons, because of their reasonable price and the Sales Rep Ilidio’s good presentation, he assured me they will do good job and services which are very important to me. I also like this company having a dedicated receptionist on duty to answer all phone calls; the experience already proved to me that she would help me to get in touch with the person I want to talk to even the person is not in the office.
The installer Fred did fantastic job, he is not only very knowledgeable to his job, very smart, handy and professional, most amazing is he does take time to map out how to do the job better, so the final product would look neat and tidy, his helper Arash also did great job, they both are friendly, and very patient with me which I really appreciated that.
Two days later when I needed a minor fixed, Arash came over and fixed the problem in no time. I am very happy with their work and after payment service; I will definitely refer Four Seasons to anyone. Call Ilidio if you are consider getting an estimate done.
