Prompt Pool Service

ive been dealing with PPS for 2 seasons now and everything has been great! my heater died towards the end of last season, so i made a plan with george to replace in in the spring and upgrade my pool to salt finally! heater and salt system got replaced yesterday and everything looks great!

We ordered pool safety cover last year from George of Prompt Pool Service at 30 Hawksbury drive, Toronto. His crew installed the cover and found out that the cover interfered with the fixed pool rail. He promised he would pick up the cover next spring and had it modified. He even had it written on the invoice. This spring when I called him and left him many voice mails, he never returned my calls. On a couple of occasions, he happened to pick up the phone and he would promise to come over but he never did.

I'd recommend anyone not use this company at all or you will end up very disappointed like most of us who gave him very poor review.

I had a bad luck to invite this PPS co.to check the pool in our new house on beginning of april,2015. It started with George OK and he assured us that we will use it very soon.Now it is mid July and we cant use it yet. They sold us a salt generator at $1600 though it is on sale for $929 at Pool supplies Canada. And shortly after installation it stopped to work.PPS and George never replied.I suggest Sam and other three customers out of 5 with reviews on PPS here call my cell 416.8202427 ASAP to organise a collective claim in Small Claims Court. BTW if anybody has their registered address, pls publish it here as they never gave us any invoices.

Do not use this company. They charge you an arm and a leg, have horrible customer service and watch out for the hidden costs. George seemed very responsive when he wanted our business but once the installation was done and we had issues, we never heard from him. Nobody has returned our calls or emails. In comparison to other companies they priced us high but we used them as they were the only ones that were willing to get the work done in a week's time. I would not recommend them to anyone so please be cautious.

my pool looks great after epoxy install over plaster with pps. its like new and im so happy....pps pools where so helpful and prompt... my new pool service provider. would recommend to anyone.

We had George and his team install a new liner for us last week and we couldn't be more happy. The guys did a great job and wish them the best.

I had this company come and install a new salt system. It has been dripping and needs to be repaired. I have been leaving msgs for a month now. NO returned phone call

We gave George the owner of this company payment in full in good faith that they would return to complete the job and now don't answer any of our calls or emails.

They damaged our existing equipment and left a real mess. We had to hire another company to complete the job. We will definitely go with a local reputable pool company in future.

Avoid Prompt Pool Services and their other online site Pool Depot. They are inexperienced, unprofessional and unreliable.
