I had Mark replace my OTR microwave a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with his professionalism, efficiency and approach. Even with an unforeseen time constraint imposed by my building, he and is partner were able to get the installation of my new microwave complete in around 30 minutes. I would highly recommend him and would use his services again.
