Don was very thorough, knowledgable and friendly. We thoroughly appreciated the great job that he did and his honesty. While we thought we had a trained eye being in the professions that we are, Don pointed out major and minor items that we missed. His thoroughness allowed us to know without a doubt what we were getting into and allowed us to further negotiate the price on the home, due to the deficiencies he noted. He is by far the best inspector we have ever dealt with.
