I hired Don from Peace of Mind Home Inspections to inspect a 2 bedroom condo I was purchasing in North York. Don was very detail oriented, diligently went through every single item on the checklist, pointed out a number of places where the builder (in this case Tridel) cut corners or used cheap parts, and even recommended a few best practices for maintaining the unit. I could not be happier with the service Don provided.
