My husband and I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service, professionalism and your meticulous attention to detail while doing our house inspection. You were very flexible and accommodating to our tight schedule and we appreciated that. This was the first time we bought a resale property and we were a little nervous, but after going through the entire house (inside and out) with you and discovering some problems, we were able to knock thousands of dollars off of the purchase price. Also, I must mention that the picture CD that you included documenting the problems that you discovered was very helpful along with the detailed report that included suggestions on how to fix the problems, which gave us a game plan as to what we need to do in the future, along with an estimate of how much it will cost us. Also I must mention and thank you, because although our appointment was scheduled for 10:00am, you came an hour earlier and got a jump start on inspecting the roof and windows, which helped us out tremendously as we were on a tight schedule, having to close the deal by 5:00pm that day. If I ever purchase another home I will only be calling you to do the home inspection and I will definitely be recommending you to all of my friends and family.
