Don came out super last minute after calling around to many companies. It was a no brainer to go with Peace of Mind after talking with Don on the phone. He was very thorough in describing what he does and he was equally thorough during the inspection. He ended up saving us from buying a "money-pit" of a house. Definitely very happy I used Peace of Mind!!
