Don was a very thorough inspector and acutally deterred us from buying a home that was a tear down. When we found our ideal home Don Did the inspection and again was very thorough and professional. his friendly demeanor helped make the usually stressful experience very easy. He did not sugar coat anything and gave a comprehensive list of recommendations. I would definitely refer anyone buying a hone to utilize his services for a thorough and trustworthy inspection.
