We required a home inspection on a rural property complete with septic and well - a scary process for both my husband and I based on a previous negative experience with an inspection provided to us on a previous house purchase. We wanted to make sure we secured someone who was more competent and provided a better service this time. Don was a blessing for us! He replied back immediately after receiving my email - was quite accommodating with scheduling - put my mind at ease immediately answering questions that I had surrounding what to expect from his services. He was punctual - personable and very thorough with his inspection. He explained his findings complete with required repairs in layman's terms as we followed him around room to room. He then reviewed his itemized findings complete with pics at the site prior to us leaving to ensure we understood everything complete with required repairs. He placed all pics on a CD for us and emailed a copy of his report the same day and hand delivered a CD with pics the next day wearing a Santa Claus Hat! He certainly went way over and above our expectations! As it turns out the house wasn't quite as perfect as we thought it was - he had a nice way of removing our rose colored glasses but put our minds at ease at the same time - with his unique personality. We feel we now have the facts to proceed with our decision making on this house. Would highly recommend his services!
