We needed to replace our eavestroughs, soffits, leaf guards and to install deicing cables above the garage and by the entrance. Gary came to our house to look at the job and provided us with a quote. The job was completed sooner than we expected. Very pleased with the quality of the work. Gary has a great personality! Great communication!! Alwasys returned my calls and replied to my emails within a short time. He was always happy to answer my questions and to discuss the job.

Very satisfied with consultation, quality of work, and after service care. Gary answered all emails in a timely fashion. Crew was sent back two times to address question I had about a leak that was eventually determined to be coming from an improper screw in my roof ( unrelated job). Even though this issue was not Century Aluminum’s responsibility, Trevor di not rest until it was addressed and fixed. Exceptional customer service from this company!! Would hire them again.

Our eavestrough had come away from the house on one side, no doubt due to the wind storms we had in the spring and they were old as well. Century Aluminum had a fair price so we hired them. The workers were respectful and friendly and the completed work was done sooner than we expected.
Our new eavestrough looks very good and all works well (as it rained last night). :)

I am completely satisfied and thrilled with the work from Century Aluminum. Right from the start I was impressed with Gary and his timely quote and eye for details. He explained everything to me and left me feeling very confident. The crew of Trevor, Dimitri and Alex were outstanding! Polite, friendly and always giving me an update on their progress. This is exactly what you want when having the work done. They cleaned up every day when they had finished and did a through clean up of the property when the job was completed. The day after Gary came by to check the job and reviewed everything once again to my total satisfaction.

Gary responded quickly to our urgent request for the work to be done. We did have to wait a little longer than expected for his Century Aluminum team to start the work but they did come when Gary said they would... weather delays notwithstanding. The workmen did a great job. They were polite and most importantly for us, left the work area cleaner than it was before they started. Gary was very attentive and checked in with us onsite, by email and phone while the work was being done and followed up personally to attend to questions and additional work details we requested, after the workmen were done. Would definitely call on Gary and his Century Aluminum team again!

Our dormer did not fare well during the last wind storm in May. A large piece of dangerously sharp aluminum siding blew off and many pieces were loosened. With rain and more wind in the forecast, I was concerned about water damage to the structure and flying pieces that could seriously hurt someone. I needed something done quickly.

I contacted several companies with high Homestars ratings. All refused the job except for Century Aluminum. The owner, Gary, responded very quickly (very important and impressive) but said he could not do the job within a week. However, he came the next day and secured the siding (for free) until he could send a crew to fix it/replace it. I had not initially thought of asking for a temporary fix and think highly of Gary for securing the area before more damage could occur.

The other companies obviously did not care that serious damage/injury could occur if loose siding was left unsecured for a long period of time. I rate them as 0/10.

I also very much appreciate that Gary handles the estimate process. I have come to really dislike estimators/salespeople. All they care about is making a sale with little regard to customer satisfaction.

6 weeks later, the English-speaking crew arrived to replace the aluminum siding with vinyl and custom drip caps for the two windows. They did a very meticulous, professional and beautiful job – not shortcuts were taken. They treated my house and property as if it were theirs. They took the time to answer my many questions, interacted with me and did not have the usual disinterested attitude that workers often have and which I hate.

Matthew and Alex are the very best crew I have had working on this house in a long time. They take pride in their work, have excellent people skills, strong work ethics and care about customer satisfaction. It is so incredibly rare to find people like this. I was completely blown away by them. Thank you, Matthew and Alex. You were awesome and it was a pleasure having you around for they day.

I sent Gary at Century Aluminum an email and asked him to quote me in a problem I had with my soffits due to raccoons
He called me and arranged an appointment and was prompt and courteous
He then sent me a reasonable quote
I wasn’t ready to move forward but when I was ready I called and asked for the closest time he told me he had to order the product and gave me a date. They were early on the date which was a bonus and the job they did was fantastic.
