Innotech Windows + Doors

My Innotech windows and doors were installed in 2017, and I am still as pleased as ever with them. They are so well made! They enable me to frame the outside views in my Okanagan house to bring the outside indoors while still maintaining my privacy. I can open the top for air circulation, and open the whole window for a veranda effect. The Innotech rep couldn't have been more patient and accommodating. Highly recommended on all counts!

Absolutely the wrong company to deal with.
Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their product instead would rather blame the dealer or our contractor who had nothing to do with the problems. When we asked for help and advice we were brushed off rather unceremoniously.
After doing a renovation of over 260K this is the only product we are unhappy with. Our general contractor did an amazing job. Too bad Innotech didn't.
Please beware when dealing with them.

I can not recommend Innotech highly enough. We dealt with JJ at the Burnaby showroom. He was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and SO helpful! We had so many questions and different scenarios to run by him, and he was endlessly helpful and lovely. The product feels so more solid and high quality than so many of the other comparably priced options out there. We feel we got a great deal, and absolutely LOVE our windows and French door. JJ helped us problem solve various aspects of our job, which was exactly on budget and time. Top marks Innotech, and THANK YOU JJ!!!

Jason from Innotech Windows & Doors Inc installed our security screens on all our doors and windows. Custom made screens that keep bugs and burglars out. They look like beautiful normal screens but are far from normal. Amazing product. Professional and friendly service. More than happy with the product & the service Jason provided. He definitely went above and beyond. We now feel safe without having ugly bars on our home. Thank you Jason and Innotech Windows & Doors!!!!

The old windows in our house had poor insulation and were letting a lot of cold air in during the winter. We hired Innotech and their employees were respectful, fast workers, and non-disruptive. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Although we initially only planned for windows, we also asked about a screen door for our sliding door, which they happily helped us to outfit our existing door.
