Watermart

This was our first time using Ken to do our filter change and/or upgrade (usually it's Ron or Scott but they have to drive in from rural/exurban Ontario to our place in midtown Toronto). Ken was punctual, friendly, and provided us, a long-time customer -- we've been using Watermart since 2008, my parents since the 90s -- with a discount on the new model water dispenser ("Elevate Disc Brushed Up"), since the one we've been using for the past 7+ years recently started leaking quite profusely (it was diagnosed with a crack).

Due to the emergency nature of this appointment -- as opposed to our regular annual water filter change -- it was very fortunate and convenient that I called on the Tuesday and Ken the technician was able to come in after our workday Thursday (so both my wife and I could be home to help oversee the work).

It's still pretty pricey overall to get a filter change for both our undersink and shower products (regularly $250+/year if we didn't have to switch the dispenser) but it's worth it to have guaranteed clean reverse osmosis water for us and our young child, as well as the service and professionalism that Watermart provides.
