Ken came to install my RO water system and water softener system this week in my finished basement.
Unexpectedly, my cold water source, hot water tank and drain were in 3 different places which made installing the water softener system more difficult. Ken gave me some options and pros/cons with each option. Even with that hiccup, Watermart was able to accommodate the extra time it took to finish the job and they completed it in one trip.
Ken showed up on time, was patient with all of my questions, self-directed and very pleasant all around. Great experience with Watermart and I'd recommend them to anyone.
