Such a great experience! I had been dealing with another company prior and it was impossible to get them to call me back or make an appointment. Donna was so helpful and quick the initial call, estimate, site viewing and install all happened in under a week! Zia was quick & efficient on site, explained everything he was doing, kept the place very clean. I will definitely be using Watermart going forward for our office filtration system.

We woke up to a water leak in our kitchen! Upon inspection it was determined that one of the WaterMart units was leaking. We turned off our water and called WaterMart.
Zia arrived shortly and within 45 minutes had all under control.

Watermart reminds me when its time to replace my filters which is extremely helpful. They accommodated a time that worked around my sons nap schedule. Zia arrived early and replaced the filters quickly with no mess. He was kind and patient and explained the work to me.

Donna helped me with a quote for the system for my house. Price was quite reasonable for the size of my house. Justin did the install for me the next day. Justin did a great job installing was very professional. We had some rather complex piping system in the mechanical room with hydronics indoors and out, irrigation system and steam humifies, Justin asked me what system do I need on filtered/softened water and did the extra work to make sure all the necessary systems are connected properly. Before leaving Justin also checked the system to make sure nothing is leaking also pointed out some leak elsewhere in the house I didn't noticed (nothing serious). Overall great experience looking forward to working with them in the future!
