There was an argument over the price because I was told one thing by the staff, staff did not write that down (they just wrote it would be extra) and then later the same staff said some other price .. Not too happy about that so we canceled the service.
Before that, they did some other work in my house. Some things were done quite well, some other things like fixing leaking shower not well (still leaks). I know they offer warrenty, but I already called them to come back to fix the leak on warrenty (which they did) but the leak continues. I don't want to keep calling them out for something they obviously can't fix so.. probably should have done this myself from the beginning.
The brick installation on interior chimney was done well. about 40 square feet applied with mortar on a scratch coat (scratch coat already existed). Cost here was $800 and this job was done well, no concerns.
So, some things done well, but some things not. Overall, I would say they are OK, but then with that type of rating I would consider them over priced at $80/hr.
On all projects they were very knowledgeable about the issue and resolution. So hard to say how I feel, some good some bad but in the end poor communication is what lead me to cancel all ties with the company and look elsewhere for assistance. For their part they remained professional, came to visit me in person to explain their position of the cost difference on eves painting. I disagreed so we settled the bill for the work that was done and went our own way.
