The best home inspector I have worked with, thorough, professional, willing to explain and also to re-look at an area of concern.
The report was easy to understand and issues were presented with both suggested solutions and degrees of urgency. It was also presented in a timely manner. The report also acknowledged that some issues were not unusual for a home of this age.
When contacted for clarification of a point the response was fast and concise.
I would strongly recommend using Diamond Home Inspection to anyone purchasing a home or planning renovations on their current home in the greater Calgary area!
