a move of mainly boxes and some furniture went smooth as silk, with friendly young guys a pleasure to deal with. they even dropped a bunch of boxes for donation along the way.

This is absolutely the most professional moving company I have ever used, and that says a lot. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly each and every time. Moving is stressful, especially with our small children at home so it was a blessing to have their movers come in and get everything under control for the moving process and they were so friendly and patient. The cost was so inexpensive compared to other moving companies we checked into and the service was top-notch. No doubt about it, we will definitely hire them again, each and every time!

Suddenly I was in need of movers with less than 24 hours notice. I submitted a quote request at 7:30am and my same day move was booked by 8:30am! Tony and Sam came out and did an excellent and efficient job with time to spare. They were upbeat and positive and I could not have asked for more. I would use In and Out Movers again without hesitation and highly recommend them!

Everything was moved without any damage and the two gentlemen were friendly and pleasant. All items were wrapped and dismantled and then put back together in a safe and secure manner

Moving usually sucks. The guys at In & Out Moving made sure our latest move did not suck. At all. We moved the contents of our 1+1 bedroom to two separate locations (storage and a new residence while we're having renos done on our home) in downtown Toronto. The three guys (all very polite, professional, knowledgable) wrapped our furniture and packed the truck specially to accommodate the double drop-off. And they were constantly moving -- whether helping to dismantle a large shelf or packing the truck -- and in the snow and cold. We paid $150 an hour for 4 hours, which we thought was a fair price. There was some light damage to our TV stand (scratches), but everything else survived the trip. We will definitely be using In & Out for our next move in a few months. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, stress-free move.

We were happy with how quickly they responded to our request for a quote and arrangements were quickly made. However, on moving day, we had a different experience. They arrived 30 minutes late, continued to comment on how much stuff we had and seemed frustrated by it. We spent a lot of time after the move, moving boxes to the correct rooms (even though we had labelled/colour coded all boxes ahead of time), we found boxes we had labelled fragile stacked under heavy items, and had two light fixtures damaged. They were fast and amazing at how they were able to fit everything in the truck. I just wouldn't feel confident recommending them to others.

I picked IN & OUT Movers after reading their stellar reviews on Yelp. They did not disappoint.
IN & OUT seems to be a pretty popular moving company, so I'd recommend calling as early as possible in order to get your desired move date. Setting up the move was very easy and IN & OUT had no issues when we wanted to change our move to a later date.

We moved for Toronto to Peterborough. Our crew was scheduled to arrive 9am, they showed up right around 8:50am. We had a three man crew with Sam, Mike, and Dick. All three were super polite and were extremely helpful getting our place ready for the move (we were mostly packed, but due to some issues with our house we hadn't completely finished). They wrapped all of our furniture and helped us pack the last few things that we needed. I thought that they did a great job, especially considering the limited space. We also had some things in on-site storage units and they took care of those things quickly and without complaints. All in all I was very pleased with the loading process.

Unloading at our house was even quicker as they didn't have to pack. They made a real effort to make sure that everything was unloaded in its proper place (not always as easy as it sounds as we're doing renovations on the house right now).

For all the issues that we've had getting set up in our new place, it was really nice to have something finally go really smoothly. We had a great experience with IN & OUT Movers and we'd definitely hire them again.

Everything that I was afraid would go on with a moving company did with this shady company.

I emailed these so called movers about moving, I provided details of what I had.

Two scrawny men who looked half awake showed up. They took their sweet little time moving a few things at a time into the elevator when the elevator had the capacity for much more stuff.

They moved like turtles and struggled to carry and move things (didn't eat? long night?) They were very impersonal, had ZERO communication skills and were quite rude when I told them I had to be at my new place by a certain time as I had elevators on a strict timeline. I told them the timeline before I hired them. Totally disregarded.

Instead of taking ownership they blamed me that I had double what I told them which is total rubbish (why would I not tell them exactly how much I had, how does that work in my favor????). They brought a small truck and everything couldn't fit inside. I called the owner and he said he will get someone to take the rest, he said he wouldn't charge for the travel time, no where did he said he was going to charge me $100 for his time on HIS mistake, a SURPRISE charge at the end. I asked why didn't he send a bigger truck the first time, he said it would of cost me double.

They damaged an expensive set of Bowlex dumbells, instead of asking how to detach they took it upon themselves to drop it. They stacked my window air conditioner on a pile of boxes half of it was hanging off of it. They didn't even care to ask where to put everything they just piled everything in the living room.

My friend witnessed and a few others waiting for the elevator at my new place were all commenting on how slow "my movers"were.

On many occasions I had to help out because of how inefficient they were. They were about to leave stuff downstairs but there was enough room in an unreserved elevator, so I took it upon myself to move it on my own when they could of done it.

My new place has even bigger elevators and AGAIN they only filled half of the elevators? Why not? Oh right,they're charging by the hour.

They're anything but slow and nothing about In and Out. Very unprofessional . I wouldn't even recommend these people to my worst enemy, if I had one.

They charged my credit card for $1400 for 8.5 hours for a 2 bedroom. A 2 bedroom!!! When we agreed on $800.

We hired In and Out Moving through a recommendation. I had researched many moving companies via HomeStars and compared prices and services. In and Out moving prices were fair without hidden fees. The scheduling and fees were straight forward. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property and knew how to move furniture efficiently. We packed in advance and were organized which made them happy and saved everyone time and money. The crew we had were intelligent and fun and made a potentially stressful event enjoyable and stress free.
