Perfect Painter - The Home Improvement Group

After obtaining several quotes, we decided to do our exterior project with Perfect Painters and Home Renovations Services. The scope of the project included some of the following: removing rotten wood around our bay window exterior, installing a stone veneer and enlarging and replacing a basement window.

Our experience with this company started on shaky footing was plagued by delays and miscommunications. Our initial consultation and quote was provided by David. (1st project manager). The quote was competitive but vague and we had to follow up with multiple emails in order to clarify what was covered. After some friction, our project was taken over by Robert. (2nd project manager)

We are glad the project is finally completed. The end product looks amazing. Robert and his crew (Arkadiusz, Kris and Benny) did an awesome job.

Here is an example of what he dealt with during our project. From the time we signed the contract to the completion of the project it took more than 8 weeks. This project supposed to be “quick”, 5 days or so. At one point, we had a covered hole in the side of our house for two weeks due to a problem with a new window order.

If it wasn’t for Robert and his hard working crew, we probably would have looked for another company half way through the job. Robert was always reachable, via email, text or phone. He would visit us upon request and we never felt like he was trying to avoid us. This gave us a big peace of mind, especially due to our extensive delays.

We want to once again point out that the issues relating to our project were not of workmanship and quality as the final product is amazing. We wanted to express our gratitude to Robert, Arkadiusz, Kris and Benny for all the hard work.
