Michael Zegarra was referred to me by my Real Estate friend Jennifer Barry of Remax. We are first time home buyers so we didn't know who to trust to do a good job and I trust her judgement. We had a deadline to get the inspection done and Michael was able to squeeze us in on his already full schedule. I could tell when we got there that he established a friendly rapport with the owner. It was a pleasant experience. He was friendly, professional, efficient and gave us great advice to add value to the home in the future. We learned a lot from him in a short amount of time. His service is reasonably priced for the value that he gives. Other inspectors we checked into didn't offer a life-time contact for future issues for this price. We recommend him above all of the ones that we checked into.
