Zegarra Residential Inspections

I contacted Michael in April 2014 to inquire about having a home inspection for our first home. His manner on the phone was welcoming and calm which put me at ease. He explained the process including his role and welcomed any questions I had. I felt secure in hiring him for our home inspection. Prior to our inspection Michael sent me his contract and a link to his website which I found quite educational. I knew I would be dealing with someone with experience. Buying a home is a huge investment so having peace of mind helps.

Michael gave us the choice to attend the entire inspection but we decided to join him the last hour to not be in the way. We just trusted the process.

Michael presented as professional and was very thorough going through each room with us and what needed attention. Afterwards we sat down and discussed more details about the town home and complex and what we could expect down the road and what we needed to do to look after our investment.

He was patient and answered all our questions and invited more once we received his Summary Report. He also presented us with some handouts.

Since this was our first home we really weren't sure what to expect and of course we were nervous about any defects. After the inspection we felt relieved and secure about our purchase.

We received Michael's report not long after his inspection. It was very detailed and included pictures.

Not long ago we received a voice message from Michael's company asking if we had any follow-up questions.

As you can see we were very impressed with Michael and his service and would highly recommend him.
