Zegarra Residential Inspections

We bought a pre-sale condo and on our first walk through we hired Zegarra Residential Inspections to accompany us. It was the best decision we made! Michael, the inspector we had, did a very thorough inspection and provided us with an extremely detailed report (40 pages worth!!!). He was very professional, punctual and detail oriented. No corner, pipe, or wire went unchecked! We have already asked him to come with us to our second walk through to make sure all issues have been addressed. We have already referred him to our friends!
