We recently hired Caliber Contracting for a complete main floor and basement renovation, which included knocking down the main supporting wall from the living space to open up the rooms. From the initial phone call to the final walk-through of our beautifully transformed home, the entire process was smooth with no delays!
It was such a pleasure to work with Marc, the project manager. His attention to detail, responsiveness and ability to execute far beyond expectations is what truly made our experience an enjoyable one. We had a million +1 questions for Marc throughout the renovation, he answered each one with patience (and significantly fast timing!) and thoroughly explained all of the work that went into each aspect of our home. Marc was very mindful of our budget and we very much appreciated working with him to come up with the structural designs to support the vision / aesthetic of each of our rooms. He brought our dream home to life and we could not be more ecstatic! Marc exudes his passion for work through his drive and determination to ensure we, his clients, are happy with the end results. He truly loves what he does!
The lead site supervisor, Ryoji, along with his crew, are amazing at their craft. They are the creme de la creme in professional contracting. Every stage of the renovation: demo, framing, drywalling, flooring, tiling, clean up etc. shows their meticulousness and precision. They took extra time and care in every aspect, treating our home like it was their own. In addition, the subcontractors are also top notch!
Above all, everyone was professional, highly experienced, friendly and family oriented. We have a 4-year-old and a very energetic pupper; each crew member took the time to get to know every one of us. Renovating is such a daunting endeavour, we could not have been happier with our choice to go with Caliber; it was truly a 5 star experience. Thank you Marc, Ryoji and the Caliber crew!!
