Asr Moving Services

I had advised ASR Movers by email that I had a piano that needed to be moved. ASR Movers sent two VERY INEXPERIENCED movers without proper moving equipment. My quoted price was $295.00 for 3 hours (including travel time) and it took the two movers an entire hour just to move my piano. After that, they moved my boxes one by one to their truck. In the end I was charged 2 additional hours for $75.00 each hour and they refused to offload my items until I paid. THEY PURPOSELY WORKED AT A SLOW PACE JUST TO EARN MORE MONEY FROM ME. I have been asking for an invoice over a month for services rendered and they still will not provide it to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
