Professional, polite and timely. I had an issue with my fridge in a recently purchased condo, I called and they came right away. Atiar was honest in that it was not worth repairing and advised me to just get a new fridge. And he wrote up a good quote/description so that I was able to go after the seller and get $$ for a new fridge. They won't try to sell you a fix that won't work or last. They also have super reasonable fees compared to other places.
I also had some issues with my dishwasher and Atair made some recommendations over the phone. I referred a few friends to them and they have been happy as well.
