I was looking for a mold expert to check and remove the black mold that covered half of our master washroom ceiling. The Mold Guy has so many positive reviews that convinced me to call. Ross has come over a few times since the original visit for other mold issues in our house and has only charged us the initial visit for the washroom.We have some water leaks into our basement and he knew we are going thru a hard time and was so kind not to charge us for two of those visits. Ross is an expert in his field and has always told us exactly what to do and have relieved our fears about the mold issues. Kay is so pleasant to talk to and even knew our name and house issues we are dealing with. One time Kay got Ross to come over on the same day we called. Amazing customer service! Thanks Kay and Ross!
