Called the Mold Guy after reading the reviews. We had mold in the basement of our rental property, we wanted an air quality test and make sure it was safe to rent because it's an old house. Talking to lovely Kay and having Ross came to the house the next day. Ross came to the house on time and did the inspection, he gave us a list of things to do and did not try to sell us on work we didn't need. He is professional and wonderful as he explained everything to us. We had some issues to take care of and when we finished the work, Ross came back and did the air test. Everything passed.
