Everyone that I dealt with at The Mold Guy were very helpful and professional.
It was a stressful moment when I found out that we had mold in the attic and the house had to be listed. We didn't foresee this and wasn't ready to change the schedule for listing the house. I called The Mold Guy and Kay there was able to help. She was very understanding and was able to work on her end to accommodate my immediate need. She arranged her team to come to my house the very next day (Sunday) such that we didn't have to change our listing schedule!
The guys came and they were very professional; they made sure their work area was kept clean and when they were finished, you wouldn't even notice they came.
Kay was able to provide me with the certificate of clearance and the before and after pictures shortly after.
I would definitely recommend them to others as they are great to work with; all the staffs I came across were consistently helpful.
