The problem started when I was quoted one price of a lesser amount ($300) and charged another ($350). I had only contacted this company so it's not like I had confused quotes.
The good thing is that the inspector did come quickly
But I had to reach out to the company to get my report. I sent an email a week later (which they responded to quickly) and the inspector called the same day and left a voicemail. Unfortunately I was traveling so I didn't get back to him for a bit (I can't recall how long). I called him and left a voice message. A week went by and still nothing so I had to send yet another email (again they responded quickly).
My 2 stars goes to the fact that the team responded quickly and professionally.
