Mold Behind Tiles in Apartment Bathroom

I've been very sick for the last few years since moving here and my doctors can't figure out why. When I saw a black looking mold behind the tile in the bathroom, that scared me.
I called the Mold Guy on Sunday and Kay returned my call 9:00 am the next morning. Impressed! Ross came and took air and surface samples. He was friendly and professional, even my cats liked him.
I received the results very quickly which helped me convince my landlord to take action.
I feel safe in my home again.
