We had water damage and musty smells in the house we're renting and were concerned about how it was affecting our house. The Mold Guy was thorough, obviously experienced, and gave a very informative and detailed report with the results. If you have concerns about mold, it is well worth the price for peace of mind!

We wanted to lay new carpet in the family room of our recently acquired house. Once the carpet was removed, moldy spots were visible along the baseboards. Extremely helpful inspector, Ross, gave me great advise on how to fix my problem and prevent any future mold occurrences. He was very thorough and wen through all my bathrooms and areas with potential for mild. Did much more than i expected from an inspector. Brittany, at the office, got me an appointment within a few days and was in touch to make sure everything the inspector arrived and everything was handled to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the level of service that I received from this company and would recommend their services to my friends and family. One company claimed that I had mold in my attic based on a visual inspection. I decided to get a second opinion and called The MoldGuy. They came in and tested the area and did not find any mold. In the end, I probably ended up saving myself a few thousand dollars.
