The Mold Guy, Mold Detection & Removal

I'm so glad I called The Mold Guy! Ross came by and had a look at my bathroom which had visible mold on the ceiling. He offered tips on how to remove it myself (this was possible because it was a small area) and he told me how to clean and seal my grout to prevent mold build up on my shower tiles. Ross was so helpful and knowledgeable. The mold has been removed and has not made a reappearance! Thank you Mold Guy!

Mr. Ross was great. While the samples were collecting, he walked through our home and looked top to bottom to try and locate where mold may be hiding or start to collect. As we're new home owners, he also had lots of advice how to avoid problems in the future, both indoor and outdoors. The tips were much appreciated!

Had a bit of Mold growth so called in the Mold guy. Responded fast, showed up on time, walked me through the problem areas and told me exactly how to solve them myselff and when that was not possible (attic insulation) he was able to connect me to someone solid that could help. Nice to deal with professionals that shopw up with the right tools (thermal cameras!) and do a proper job. Highly recommended.

After a flood in the basement, a significant amount of mild developed over a several months. With new tenants moving in we had to ensure the space was safe for habitation. The Momd Guy came in and over the course of two days completely removed the mild and did a thorough clean up of the space. We were very pleased.

The Mold Guy, Ross, was professional and helpful. He tested two floors, was very forthcoming with information, respectful of my house and the lab reports were clear.

Ross came to rental and with his great expertise gave me reasons of hi humidity causing surface baseboard mold. He checked walls no water from behind just at bottom and floor slight dampness causing surface mold. Humidity was hi 70 opened windows fans etc., went down to 55 in half hour. suggested a dehumidifier which I bought and took out more moisture reducing wetness and mold. Also cleaned all of attic roofing from mold build up sprayed wiped and cleaned removed all from wood spores etc. a great job all in all.

I called the mold guy for air testing when I found mold in a few corners in my basement. The woman I spoke to explained what the test was and told me that the test was going to confirm what I already knew (other companys I called told me I had to get this test done for over $500) Ross came to inspect the areas and he told me it was on the surface and how to clean it (saving me from cutting out all the drywall that I was quoted a few thousand dollars by someone else). Honest and very professional service. I would use them again and recommend to my friends.

I had a significant moisture problem in one of my attic spaces that had caused mold to form. I called The Mold Guy and was able to get an appointment quickly even though I was quite far from their offices. They showed up on time and gave an overview of the work they were doing. They were fast, thorough and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Was seeing condensation on bedroom walls, windows and floors, and traces of mold in window. Ross assessed the rooms and provided us with steps to improve the situation going forward and let us know there was no immediate concern. He was very informative and friendly.
