Ehab and the Level Q team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They designed, modeled and completely renovated my basement in a timely manner, while providing professional service and expert advice throughout. We reached out the several contractors and to tackle our major remodel of our Living Room, Dinning Room, Kitchen, Hallways, Stairs, and Powder Room. This included removing walls, relocating our kitchen and adding a large kitchen island. Most contractors didn't want to take on the scope of our job. It was imperative to us to have a single point of contact to mange our Project. Then we met Ehab and, simply put, the answer was yes to all our requirements and he was able to provide a very competitive quote for the entire project. The Level Q Crew were professional, clean, punctual, and always a pleasure to deal with. We were able to totally customize our design, with the guidance of Ehab and Nasser. They took the time to explain each step of the project and always included us in any design decisions. It was clear they wanted to deliver a solution customized for us, and not just an out of the box/cookie cutter design. When those dreaded unexpected issues surfaced during our project, Ehab took the time to consult with us to and gave us options on how to move forward. Our project was completed within our estimated timeline and on budget. With Level Q, it's the small things that make their services truly special. Examples of those little things were ensuring our lights on our island were perfectly spaced to changing our power and central vac receptacles (without asking) to helping us come up with a solution to mounting our TV in a challenging spot. Nasser is to true craftsman. He won't mark a task complete until it done to his high standards. He treated our house as if he was working on his own house. This type of service is invaluable. The results of our project have simply blown our minds. The end results far surpassed our initial hopes. Level Q will be our contractor for any future renovations. After receiving several quotes we chose Level Q on the basis of other reviews, Ehab's friendly nature and quick responses, and the detailed line by line estimate we were given, which made it very clear what each piece of work cost and when payments were due.

We were kept updated on timing and covid related delays beyond their control.

The work was a complete gut job and renovation. Both the Level Q team and their external trades were incredibly clean. Everyone was considerate of our pets and us working from home.

They were patient with our questions, and knowledgeable on design / aesthetic / ergonomics, and we talked through changes to scope of work, which were promptly updated with revised estimates.

The attention to detail was impressive, and it felt like they were building something for themselves, such was the care and quality of the work.

Potential cost overruns- eg lumber - was mentioned to us, but thankfully prices had come back down by the time work started. The point here is that there weren't any surprises. Of course some things needed to be adjusted, but everything was clear as day.

This crew cares, and so do the people they work with. We loved the experience and end result so much, we intend to hire them for our kitchen. We hope that speaks for itself.

If you are planning a renovation I HIGHLY recommend Level Q.  We had an amazing experience from Ehab's first visit to provide a quote and throughout the entire renovation of our ensuite.

Our main goal was to maximize our space but we had a specific budget to adhere to. Ehab worked with us to create a timeless bathroom with custom finishes that stayed on budget!

During the renovation it was evident that Ehab and his team take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. If any questions arised during the renovation Ehab always responded promptly. We were also provided pictures during the process to see how the renovation was progressing while away from the house and to ensure we agreed where hardware was bring installed.

We needed to finish our basement, which required several steps: insulation, wiring, drywall, painting, flooring, stairs, baseboards, pot light installation, and more. This is our first home, and was our first time ever having construction done in our lives. Ehab and his team made the experience so easy. It was a dream to have them work on our house. They were friendly, tidy, professional, and knowledgeable in every way. You can tell they care about their work. Not just to do it well, but to make sure homeowners are happy with the results. For any future projects we will 100% use them again, and recommend them highly to anyone else looking to spruce up their house.

We couldn’t be any more happier with the process end ended result of our renovation. Ehab and his team exceeded our expectations. Everything is detailed, starting with the quote. This was a great tool for us because it shows you exactly where your money is going - down to the dollar. Ehab is very accommodating. We changed our minds plenty of times and never did he once make us feel like a nuisance. He takes a lot of pride in his work - as of it were his own house he was working on which gives you a sense of relief. They were at our house everyday making sure everything behind the scenes (electrical, structural, etc.) was perfect. Once that was done, everything moved quickly and smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

We used Level Q to reno our main floor. This included taking down a wall, new flooring, painting, plumbing work and so many more little details. Ehab and his crew were very professional and clean and pleasure to work with. I have had bad experiences in the past with contractors but Ehab made this job stress free and delivered on time. I would highly recommend his team.
