Guy came out. I had to pay for him to come out to diagnose the problem. Promised to get a quote as soon as businesses opened (next business day but 3 days later) at 10 am. No one called. I contacted them at 12:24 pm and was told they would get back to me “shortly” but they haven’t. Is this a rip off? I mean they come out to “diagnose” and then you pay them for coming out. Then nothing is done....

Can you please contact us directly. When we spoke on the following Monday, you indicated that Enercare was at your home doing the repair and no longer required us to source the parts for you. We would have happily repaired the unit for you as we are in business to serve our customers and to make a profit. You then followed up with us again the next day to see if we could locate the parts and cost. Then on the Wednesday you contacted us to ask if the parts were covered under warranty.
Unfortunately you own a Keeprite furnace which has possibly the worst parts distribution in Ontario. OEM parts are very difficult to locate for all Keeprite units especially on weekends when the main wholesale (Wolsley) would not answer our calls and our calls were directed to their voicemail.
